Everyone is welcome to visit the Hazel Centre, which is open to patients, carers, families, friends and the general public.
The aim is to help you to live well with your illness and find ways to support you in coping with its challenges.
We encourage individuals who can benefit from our services to get a referral to Mountbatten, so that we can get to know you and understand your needs. You may also benefit from the rehabilitation services based in the Hazel Centre.
Here you'll find information on what goes on in the Hazel Centre and how the programme of activities can help you.
