Brings together my diverse experience in Latin and Ballroom dancing, keep fit instruction and injury rehabilitation to provide a comprehensive range of activities and classes to help build up your physical fitness, improve mobility and increase your resilience to injury.

It doesn’t matter where you are starting from, whether you:

• Are returning to exercise after illness or injury
• Haven’t exercised for a long period of time
• Already play sports or exercise on a regular basis
