Your Big Yellow Tea Party can be wherever and whatever you want it to be.

Your efforts will raise vital funds for our 24/7 hospice, in Botley Road, Southampton and for our far-reaching community services.

Mountbatten Hampshire supports 1,600 people on any one day, in the city and its surrounding areas.

Your Big Yellow Tea Party could be an afternoon tea with friends, a Friday treat in the office, a bake sale with coffee and cake...or maybe feature some banana milkshakes?

Why not serve sunflower cakes and dress up as a duckling while you do it?

Perhaps you could present your guests with cheese scones while sitting in a bath filled with custard? 

How and what you do is up to you — just make it yellow!

Mountbatten Hampshire’s Rebecca Woodhead, who is behind the Big Yellow Tea Party campaign, said: “In previous years we’ve had a theatre group holding a Big Yellow Rehearsal, where performers dressed the part and enjoyed yellow snacks during their breaks.

"There have also been family garden get-togethers and, in Southampton, staff and customers at a pub all took part.

“You are only limited by your imagination!

“Holding a Big Yellow Tea Party this August is an easy way to support Mountbatten Hampshire’s patients and their families, while making it your own and having fun.”
